Job description:

Minimum of 8-10years’ experience in Digital Marketing in the Consumer/Service space. Either working in a Digital Marketing Agency in a supervisory role, or in a Client Capacity managing Consumer & Digital Marketing for the organization

Should be able to demonstrate that he has personally conceptualized and executed projects across different industries or businesses.

Develop and implement world-class, progressive marketing plans for ADC India that align to the Area/ global direction, brand roadmaps and business plans. These should include consumer and patient segmentation and sizing analysis, marketing and media strategy

Ability to manage a broad portfolio including hardware, software and apps. This includes the capability to run an analysis across key digital and non-digital marketing metrics to effectively identify and solve marketing issues.

Lead the development of the FreeStyle dotcom ecosystem in India ensuring user-centric UI/UX and GUIs, site tagging strategy, URL and site architecture to ensure a consistent brand experience and to maximize the utility of high-performing site assets.

Develop off to on-site user flows from unknown customers to known customers. Collaborate with agency partners to define appropriate digital media spend levels to inform market strategies and support the development of effective channel strategies.

Train & educate the team on Digital Marketing, regularly share new ideas and concepts in the space.
