Job description:

Design and promote D&I strategies that emphasize the firm’s efforts towards and commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and culture

Partner with the internal committee on D&I and the Human Capital group to devise and implement D&I initiatives with a focus on achieving measurable and sustainable results

Research and explore industry trends and adopt best practices to increase workforce diversity and cultivate an inclusive environment

Identify and organize mediums to capture employee feedback and suggestions

Review firmwide policies, benefits, and practices to leverage the impact of diversity and foster an inclusive culture

Take a holistic, data-driven approach through extensive reporting and analytics to understand issues and generate suggestions and improvements.

Evaluate platforms and spearhead communications that maximize employee engagement and keep them abreast of D&I efforts

Communicate with management and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements

Ensure compliance with state and/or country regulations on diversity and equality

A bachelor’s or a master’s degree with at least ten years of relevant experience in Human Capital, with a focus on developing and incorporating D&I programs (Premier Institute)
