Job description:

Oversee and advise on all aspects of the team’s work, including working with a wide variety of technology, ensuring adherence to  company policy, maintaining service-level  agreements, and user expectation management.

Play a role in the development of their reports in terms of training, project management, and performance reviews. 

Build meaningful relationships with Systems managers across our global offices, as well as managers of different departments, to ensure a successful partnership both in terms of the support and services we offer as well as in implementing projects across departments.

Manage different reporting responsibilities with regard to team and department operations in order to gain insight into where our   efforts are and could be better spent.

Encourage employees to harness more tools and technology via trainings and outreach programs.

Experience in administration, problem solving, and automation in both Linux and Windows environments; an understanding of user account management and security; and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or PowerShell are required

Applicants should be well-versed with operational parameters like quality, SLAs, and they should be adept at data analysis and reporting

Candidates should have five to ten years of relevant experience, with at least three years in people management.

A graduate degree in computer science or a B.E./B.Tech degree in IT/CS is preferred.
