Job description:

The focus of this role is to manage and support all HR activities for the sales team in the region across all business units present in the region.

  • Build strong connect and engagement with key business stakeholders
  • Employee engagement (top talent engagement & regular connect, 1:1 coaching for talent, etc.)
  • Own all employee life cycle processes and activities -e.g.: Conduct HR interviews for regional roles, do induction & orientation, on-boarding formalities
  • Identify training needs in conjunction with stakeholders; ongoing training monitoring, Support annual HR processes – C&B, Perf Mgmt, succession planning, people reviews, etc.
  • HR involvement in separation/exit related formalities
  • Location/regional HR & Labor compliance oversight
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
